1. Furnace shell:
Made of rolled steel plate. Triangular ribs are designed at the flanges of the bottom plate and the furnace shell opening, and 100 channel steel support ribs are designed inside the furnace shell. The furnace bottom is welded with 100 channel steel and iron plate. The overall rigidity and sealing of the furnace are ensured.
2. Furnace bottom:
Refractory bricks are used for masonry, diatomaceous earth insulation bricks are laid on the lower layer of the bottom, lightweight insulation bricks are laid on the middle layer, and heavy bricks are laid on the upper layer, which is convenient for the load-bearing and loading and unloading of workpieces and increases sealing.
3. Furnace body:
It adopts a full refractory fiber structure with excellent energy-saving performance. It can save about 30% energy compared with the same specification of brick resistance furnace, and the heating speed is doubled. The temperature resistance grade of refractory fiber is ≤1200℃. The service life is much longer than that of brick furnace. Fiber material parameters: The fiber is compressed into a prefabricated block. The fiber use temperature is about 1300℃. Under this process condition, the linear shrinkage is less than 6% for long-term use. The Al203 content in the material is 45-50%, and Al203+Si02 is greater than 96%. The normal bulk density is 110Kg/m3, and it is 200-230Kg/m3 after compression. (The fiber material is high-purity. Thickness 320mm)

The electric furnace heating element adopts electric belt, which is installed on the furnace, side, wall and bottom of the furnace, which is firm and reliable
